United StatesOn my 5th order. These are AMAZING! The Cajun is my all time favorite but I am making my way to other flavors but still think Cajun is going to be my final winner. Ordered some regular for the little kids since Cajun was a bit spicy for them so will see how they taste. My first order of Cajun the sticks were more on the dry side but after that I can tell they are always fresh. And for that reviewer complaining about the company being owned by a Jew: so what?? If it is the case, you think the Jewish owner is out in the slaughterhouse slaughtering animals himself and not having Muslim butchers do it? Stop spreading such hate and enjoy a beef stick and be thankful someone took the initiative. Not to mention, Kosher and Halal are nearly identical with the exception of a small prayer said just before slaughter. I am Muslim and I buy these mainly for their great taste and high quality and I am more than happy to support my Jewish brothers.
United StatesWe've tried 4 flavors so far, and they've all been good. Does not taste fatty or greasy, has the right amount of dryness /moisture for jerky, and spices are not overwhelming. Original was not spicy, so it's great for kids too. (We are looking forward to other non spice based flavors, like teriyaki, smoke, citrus, herbs, etc!)
United StatesPut them aside for a "hunger emergency" and one struck today. Pulled it out, peeled it open and expected the usual hard, chewy salty stick. What a nice surprise. The texture is great. The flavor is fresh and the meat smells and looks like a meat stick oughta. Definite buy again. I need "put aside" food but this is going to be a more regular treat. Thanks for a nice product.
United StatesThe beef stick where better than advertised. My camping and rescue group try the Black Pepper & The Original in the field as well as in the home. We added the to a few different recipe. They turned out very good. The next next test we put these stick thru was the freezer test. We place them in the freezer for approximate 3 day and had them sit out for approximately 3-4 hour at room temperature. We then gave them taste test, appeases tests, cutting test and smell. which these product pass with flying colors. Also, no one experience any indigestion or after taste from these sticks. You have a great product. We are looking forward to ordering more of these product. The testing audience was from age 21-65 (only one 13 year old, & she love it ).
